Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undisturbed.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to your nearest authorized carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
